Our Story

Founded in 2021 by a group of Cibolo parents, coaches, and volunteers, the Firebirds were born from a simple belief: youth sports should mean something more.
Every jersey we hand out, every practice we run, and every Saturday game day carries the same standard — develop athletes who compete with grit and carry themselves with class.

2021
The Flock Takes Flight
A small group of Cibolo parents and coaches launch the South Texas Firebirds with one goal — do youth football the right way.
2022
Cheer Joins the Sideline
Firebirds Cheer debuts, bringing sideline energy and competition routines to every home game.
2024
Every Division Fills
Flag, 8U, 10U, and 12U rosters fill each season. The program grows — the standard doesn’t drop.
2026
Fall Season Loading
Registration opens for our biggest season yet. Same mission, same fire.
